After completing the extensive induction training the Hunt Migration Mentoring Program begins giving franchisees the support they need to become successful. This underpins our commitment to deliver high quality customer service and the highest levels of professionalism. Giving franchisees access to an internal Hunt Migration team - and a ‘go to’ immigration lawyer for professional and operational advice. This platform also facilitates relationships with more experienced mentors (Agents) who share advice, knowledge and experiences.

Ongoing Support and Training

As part of our ongoing support each franchisee is provided with Continuing Professional Development (CPD) with Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA) – this ensures that we maintain the highest levels of professionalism and expertise, staying update with regulatory changes and procedures. During this intensive training session we cover a range of core business functions from operations, finance and marketing to customer service as well as in-depth training modules on visa types and processing requirements.
